Generalities:

Pituitary adenomas are slow-growing, benign tumors that form the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is considered the “master gland” which regulates the function of other glands in the body. Pituitary adenomas are relatively common, occurring in approximately 1 in every 1,000 adults and are overwhelmingly benign (non-cancerous) and slow-growing tumors.

Look for the symbiosis of viruses with bacteria.
