Generalities:

The first aid kit must have the basic elements to be able to provide first aid in case of emergency. Place it in a visible place and let people know what it is and how to use it. It should be kept out of reach of young children. You can have one at home, at work, in the car; even the most indispensable material can be carried in your travel bag or suitcase. • Battery radio (check if your mobile phone has a radio)
• Solar charger (for mobile phone)

• Plastic bags of different sizes
• Hot water bags

• Baumanometer (digital or manual)
• Hydrogen peroxide to disinfect
• Suction device for wound washing
