Generalities:
Digestive disorders can be caused by various factors such as dysfunction of an organ of the digestive system such as stomach, duodenum or intestines. Also by alterations in organs such as liver (hepatitis) or Pancreas (pancreatitis)
Intolerance to certain foods is also a cause for this kind of disorders.
Dysfunctions of the nervous system can also affect the correct functioning of the digestive system.
Various symptoms may occur, such as:
- Gastroesophageal reflux
- Diarrhea
- Colitis
- Gastritis
- Gastroenteritis: inflammation of the internal membrane of the intestines, can be caused by viruses such as norovirus.
- Gases
- Abdominal distension
- Vomit, which can be due to various factors such as intoxication, high creatinine, pericarditis, allergies or pathogens such as: bacillus paratiphy, histolytic entamoeba, anisakis, toxacara, among others.
Much of the digestive disorders can be avoided through proper diet, healthy lifestyle habits such as proper exercise and stress management, as well as unlocking trapped emotions.
